One of the harbingers of spring in the culinary world – the Riga Restaurant Week – has returned to the capital, and from April 8 to 21, those interested and gourmets will have the opportunity to enjoy special masterpieces of the culinary world. This season, more than 50 restaurants will participate in the event, including several Riga restaurants included in the prestigious “Michelin” guide at the end of last year – “LeDome”, “Chef’s Corner”, “Ferma”, “3 Chefs restaurant” “Entresol”, “Whitehouse” and “John”, reports “LiveRiga”.

Fredis Bikovs, director of the Riga Investment and Tourism Agency, says: “During two weeks, restaurants will have the opportunity to show their creativity and understanding of compatible flavor nuances, while visitors will have the opportunity to appreciate the mastery of culinary art. This restaurant week is very special, because for the first time we can say that restaurants listed in the “Michelin Guide” will participate, which is an unprecedented event in the history of Riga Restaurant Week. This is an opportunity for every visitor to taste how diverse our food culture is, and at the same time support the restaurants even before the start of the active season.”
