With a pair of highly anticipated World Title bouts headlining the bill, ONE Friday Fights 58: Superbon vs. Grigorian II is sure to draw the attention of striking fans from around the planet.

Set to go down in Asia primetime at Bangkok’s iconic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium this Friday, April 5, the card marks one of the best offerings yet in the ONE Friday Fights event series.

Beyond the blockbuster main and co-main events, the 11-fight slate is packed with compelling matchups designed to produce plenty of white-knuckle action.

Here are three matchups that could steal the show at ONE Friday Fights 58, which marks the first half of a stacked doubleheader that will also feature ONE Fight Night 21: Eersel vs. Nicolas on Prime Video in US primetime later this Friday.

#1 Nong-O Vs. Kulabdam

After reeling off 10 straight victories to begin his ONE tenure, former longtime ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion Nong-O Hama now finds himself in unfamiliar territory – on a two-fight losing skid.

Beloved by fans in Thailand and around the world, the 37-year-old legend has brushed off retirement talk while making it clear that he plans to once again hold the divisional crown.

In order to right the ship, he’ll have to get past surging knockout artist “Left Meteorite” Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai, who has won his last three fights – all by first-round stoppage – to earn this massive opportunity against one of Muay Thai’s most respected stars.

Given his thunderous punching power, Kulabdam owns the tools to take out the former titleholder, but with his back against the wall, Nong-O is now more determined than ever to bounce back.

#2 Compet Vs. Kongchai II

In the main event of ONE Friday Fights 32 last September, Kompet Fairtex earned one of the most impressive wins of his career when he scored a thrilling decision win over former Rajadamnern Stadium Muay Thai World Champion Kongchai Chanaidonmueang.

That three-round war delivered heart-pounding action from start to finish, with both young athletes finding moments of success that brought the Bangkok crowd to its feet.

The Thai sensations are now set to run it back in a 126-pound catchweight Muay Thai clash that’s likely to produce fireworks once again.

A masterful technician with a fearless approach to combat, Kongchai is undoubtedly hungry to avenge the only loss of his ONE career.

Kompet, meanwhile, is on a mission to remove any doubt that he’s the better fighter and solidify his status as a rising star who’s ready for the global stage.

#3 Zhang Peimian Vs. Aliff Sor Dechapan

Two electrifying strikers are set to throw down in a pivotal strawweight kickboxing contest, as former ONE World Title challenger “Fighting Rooster” Zhang Peimian will take on Thai-Malaysian phenom Aliff Sor Dechapan.

At just 20 years old, Zhang is already a world-renowned kickboxer, revered for his explosive style, ruthless finishing instincts, and seemingly granite chin.

That crowd-pleasing style will be put to the test against Aliff.

The 21-year-old has looked nothing short of spectacular through four appearances at ONE Friday Fights, compiling a perfect 4-0 record with a trio of highlight-reel knockouts and earning a six-figure contract along the way.

Simply put, the judges likely won’t be needed when these two berserkers enter the ring.
