In Ogre, the residents of the 4-apartment building on Draužijas ielas should leave the apartments immediately due to the danger of the building, the municipality confirmed to the LETA agency.
The conclusion of construction experts indicates that the building may collapse unplanned, and this is a threat to people’s health and life. Upon receiving such a conclusion, there is no other solution than to evacuate people from this building, according to the local authority.
The municipality of Ogre region understands the residents’ dissatisfaction, but the local government cannot ignore the conclusion of construction experts that the technical condition of the building may even endanger people’s lives.
The municipality informs that those residents who have nowhere to move must apply to the city council, asking to be allocated municipal housing. In this case, each request will be considered in an accelerated manner, explains the municipality.
The building is managed by SIA “Eku projekti & pravdažinė”.
According to “Firmas.lv” information, the turnover of “Building projects & management” in 2022 was 39,566 euros, losses – 2,975 euros. The financial indicators for 2023 have not yet been made public. The company was founded in 2012, its share capital is 2844 euros. The company belongs to Mārtiņš Zukurs.
