The decision to impose such sanctions was part of an agreement among EU member states that now blacklists the bloc’s violent Jewish settlers in the occupied West Bank.
“Hamas” fighters raped and then murdered minor women, desecrated corpses and mutilated genitalia, the EU said.
“Targeted kidnapping of women and girls,” the statement said.
