This school year, for the first time in the secondary school, monitoring works will be carried out in STEM subjects. They were introduced to create the content of the exam that high school graduates will take as a mandatory centralized exam from the 2025/2026 academic year.

This school year is a transitional stage in the implementation of monitoring work, therefore participation in monitoring work is not mandatory for 12th grade students this year.

11th grade students can also not perform the monitoring work if they plan to take a higher level exam in biology, chemistry or physics in 12th grade.

Students who will take the monitoring work will not be subject to the requirement of a minimum total score of 15% of the state test. The result of the monitoring work will also not affect the result of the students’ learning achievement.
