“Where do people find work? I really want to work, but I can’t find anything I like. I want a creative environment, cool colleagues, adequate salary. I have the knowledge, I have the experience, I have the education, I have a million volunteer experiences. Why is it all so difficult?” sighs Signe.

In the continuation of the video, the young woman says that in the job interviews so far, compatibility with employers has not been established, something has not been completely connected.

Meanwhile, in the comments, other users rush to give advice and encourage Signi.

“I know exactly what you’re going through, because it’s the same situation here. A bachelor’s degree and experience are there, but the job is not even obscenely long. PS also in the creative sphere,” writes one user.

“There’s a reason it’s called work, it’s NOT a place to please or entertain you. You trade your skills and time for money,” writes another.

“A lot of job offers, but no one wants to pay adequately, it’s easier for them to change employees every month,” continues the next.

“Creative work and where you pay well and don’t have to work a lot – do not exist. You can either work where you like, for pennies, or slave, but get more money,” another user is pessimistic.

“Girl, I understand you. I can’t find the year. And now the competition is extremely high,” agrees another.

“Wrong thought! Looking for an opportunity to work for yourself. Start something of your own, develop your idea,” encourages another.
