As the determined young athletes prepare for the Summer Olympics, fighting for their place in the world, their supporters, loved ones and activists in the refugee community are watching and supporting these athletes. The film will make every viewer experience the athletes’ stories about overcoming difficulties and, above all, the hope for a better life.

The film is directed by Academy Award nominee Waad Al-Kateab, executive produced by American actress Angelina Jolie and American singer, songwriter and pianist John Legend, and produced by Academy Award winner Joanna Emmy Award winner Joanna Natasegar, producer Abigail Anketell-Jones, two-time Academy Award nominee Bryn Mooser, XTR Studios producer Kathryn Everett, Studio Gebbia” producer Joe Gebbia (Joe Gebbia). The film includes the original song “Don’t Need to Sleep” by John Legend.
