The location of the main organizer of the “Crocus City Hall” terrorist attack has been determined

“We can practically guess who it is. The main organizer is sitting abroad,” Bortnikov replied to the journalists’ question whether it was possible to identify those who ordered the terrorist attack.

And the head of the FSB added that he would not reveal any other details while the investigation continues.

The influential publication “The Washington Post” (WP) found out that the US authorities warned Russia more than two weeks before the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall near Moscow that the concert hall could be the target of a terrorist attack.

It has already been reported that on March 22, armed attackers stormed the “Crocus City Hall” concert hall in Krasnogorsk, near Moscow, and killed at least 139 people. About 200 were injured.

The “Islamic State” group claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack. Western security experts believe that the Afghan branch of this organization – the “Islamic State – Khorasan Province” group – is behind the attack.

“As the relevant procedures are being carried out as part of the investigation, we have to do everything we can to somehow get to him [terorakta organizatoram]. So I won’t reveal anything specific to you now. There is a mystery in the investigation, and we must ensure that our work leads to a concrete result in our operational work,” said Bortnikov.

The terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall took place on March 22. Armed people broke into the building of the concert hall. They opened fire on Crocus patrons and staff and then set fire to the building. According to official figures, 144 people were killed and more than 500 injured in the attack.

More than 10 people, including four alleged attackers, were arrested in connection with the attack. Almost all those arrested are citizens of Tajikistan.

The “Islamic State in Khorasan Province” claimed responsibility for the attack. Russian authorities accused Ukraine of complicity in the attack without providing any evidence. Kyiv denies these accusations.
