In total, the Education Administration received 24 applications, the total amount of which was 30% higher than the available municipal support.

Although not all applicants can be supported within the existing budget, however, with greater competition, most of the applications submitted are qualitatively developed, there is a well-thought-out program of events and camps. The offers of organizers of non-formal education events for children and young people are just as exciting and diverse. Ogre Central Library’s “Kepa uz kbište” and Lielvārde City Library’s “Read and Create!” the cycle of classes is designed to develop reading skills, as well as to awaken children’s love of reading and interest in books. An unprecedented opportunity will be offered by the Lädmanes elementary school, where children and young people will learn the art of improvisation and demonstrate the acquired skills in an improvisational theater performance.
