In the “Palladium” concert hall, the series of May concerts was started by a British hip-hop musician and one of the grime (makeup) for starters, Dizzee Rascal.

Makeup is a genre of electronic dance music with a tempo of, on average, 140 beats per minute (BPM), which is explained as the dry residue of mixing together American hip-hop with British jungle and drum’n’basswith a sprinkling of Jamaican ones dancehall.

With the release of his debut album “Boy In The Corner” (2003), Dizzy Rascal became known to almost everyone in Great Britain, appearing on the covers of the British tabloids – at that time, not for his merits in music, but for his involvement in a conflict in which he received six stab wounds. But soon, at just eighteen years old, he won the prestigious “Mercury” award for his debut album and the innovation award from NME (“New Musical Express”) magazine.
