“Lietuvas Pasts made the decision to enter the parcel segment more than ten years ago. After a successful introduction to the Lithuanian market, we are ready to offer the benefits of our services to customers throughout the Baltic region. Online shopping is becoming more common here, and parcels are becoming the dominant service delivery method. UNISEND is ready fulfill the promise to customers – Send. Receive easily,” says Rolandas Žukas, chairman of the Lithuanian Post Board.

According to the forecasts of the data collection platform Statista, from 2023 to 2027, the e-commerce market in the three Baltic countries will grow by 11% annually. In addition, it is observed that packages traveling through parcels are increasing every year in the region, while the need for courier services and sending parcels to post offices is decreasing.
