David Menser, the representative of the Israeli government, informed that the army continues to plan the operation against “Hamas” in the city of Rafah, but will do everything possible to avoid civilian casualties.
So far, at least 19 of the group’s 24 battalions have been destroyed.
Menser emphasized that the other terrorists will not hide either. He quoted Minister Benny Gantz as saying that 80% of this genocidal army must not be destroyed and the aggressive 20% who will regroup, retake Gaza and attack Israel intact.

Meanwhile, the international community is concerned about a possible humanitarian disaster in the city, where a large part of the 2.3 million inhabitants of the Gaza Strip have taken refuge.
