The latest data from the European Commission show that this indicator increased by 0.8 points in the last month.

A positive mood prevails in the industrial, service and retail sectors, but it has decreased in the construction sector.

On the other hand, throughout the European Union, the index increased by 7 tenths and reached the mark of 96.2 points. This is the highest level since April last year.

In our country, this indicator remained at the level of 98.1 points, but an increase in optimism can be observed in the industry, service and construction sectors.

On the other hand, negative changes were recorded in consumer sentiment and in the retail sector.

The economic confidence index also increased in Lithuania and Estonia, but in both neighboring countries it is still lower than in our country – 96.7 and 83.3 points, respectively.
