While in Latvia the issue of the national stadium is once again starting from the beginning, in Estonia the expansion of the “Lillekula Stadium” in Tallinn, known as “A. Le Coq Arena” due to the sponsorship agreement, to 30,000 seats is already being considered, according to information on the website of the Tallinn Town Planning Authority .
Šobrīd 2001. gadā uzceltajā un 2018. gadā paplašinātajā “A. Le Coq Arena” stadionā var sapulcēties 14 336 skatītāju, tomēr šobrīd Tallina jau plāno nākamos soļus, kas ideālajā gadījumā ļautu to padarīt divreiz ietilpīgāku. Stadions, kurā varētu sapulcēties 30 000 skatītāju, ļautu Igaunijai pretendēt uz Eiropas futbola čempionāta finālturnīra rīkošanu kopā ar citām Ziemeļvalstīm vai situācijā, kādā notika “Euro 2020” finālturnīrs, kad to uzņēma 11 valstis. Tāpat Igaunija iegūtu vietu, kur rīkot lielus koncertus. Ideālā gadījumā stadionam gribētu uzstādīt arī izbīdāmu jumtu.
