MEPs also call on the Council of Europe to include Kremlin-backed media, other broadcasters and media organizations, as well as individuals responsible for propaganda and disinformation campaigns, in the upcoming 14th sanctions package against Russia. Sanctions should also be directed against Ukrainian pro-Russian oligarch Viktor Medvedchuk and his associates.
