Kaspars Blūms-Blūmanis, stylist of the Latvian delegation, commented on the singer’s chosen outfit: “During the development of Don’s Eurovision outfit, songs were chosen as a unifying concept guideline Hollow the blue color of the video, which permeates all the singer’s outfits and costumes. Don’s outfit stood out perfectly and was appreciated by both the media and other contestants.”

The artist Don himself spoke positively about the opening ceremony: “This was a good opportunity to give interviews to Europe’s biggest media and to show myself from the best side, which I think was successfully done. Thank you to everyone who keeps their fingers crossed in Latvia and I invite you to do everything you can on Thursday in our power, so that Latvia reaches the grand final!”

Singer Don with a song Hollow On February 10, it became the Latvian Television’s song contest live Supernova 2024 winner, getting the opportunity to represent Latvia in the 68th international Eurovision Song Contest. The musician will perform in the second semi-final on May 9, where Malta, Albania, Greece, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Austria, Armenia, San Marino, Georgia, Belgium, Estonia, Israel, Norway and the Netherlands will also participate. The first semi-final of Eurovision will be held on May 7, the final – on May 11.
