One of Latvia’s best businessmen passed away suddenly and too early. This is an extremely big loss for the whole region, not only for the company.

We often hear about letting go of people in our lives. What does this mean and how to do it?

First we should recognize that no person in this world belongs to us. We can only talk about belonging in relation to things. This is legally binding and gives us certain rights in this regard.

And sometimes people go not only from our lives, but from life in general. And there is nothing to change and nothing to fix. And we continue to suffer and feel pain, replaying the past and thereby giving up our present. This is a mistake.

Now, unfortunately, let’s talk about the sad news.

The planning region of Latgale has announced a loss with deep mourning: Romualds Jaunzems, chairman of the board of the Latgale special economic zone company SIA “Regula Baltija”, has passed away.

“Saying goodbye to R. Jaunzem, the employees of the Latgale planning region express great sadness. He was not only an excellent leader and a great artist of the heart, but also a strong driving force in the direction of the high-tech development of Latgale.
