With the end of the academic year, the deadlines for submitting diploma theses are fast approaching. Also this year, the Ventspils Digital Center will take care of the visual design of the final theses of future graduates, offering hardcover and spiral binding. The service is also provided remotely by sending a bound diploma thesis via parcel service!
The binding of the work in hardcover takes a little more time, so a reservation must be made at least 8 working hours in advance using the application form: www.adre.se/iesiesana.
In order to provide clients with more convenient and faster work preparation, we offer the possibility to upload your diploma thesis to the website, which requires:
- specify cover color;
- required printed text;
- letter color;
date of receipt;
· contact information.
By filling in the above information, the customer will be able to come to the Digital Center already after the work has been completed. As the work must be submitted in PDF format, instructions for saving the Word document in PDF format are available in the application form. Also, an instruction has been prepared for an ever-current student question – numbering starting from any page of the document.
The digital center has also thought about graduates from other cities, offering to send the finished work electronically and to receive the bound diploma thesis via parcel service.
The application form at www.adre.se/iesiesana must also be filled in if you want to reserve covers without attaching a finished diploma thesis. In this case, you will have to pay for the service in advance.
Prices for document binding:
- Hardcover Binding:
- With printing – 8.00 EUR.
- Without printing – EUR 6.00.
o Binding theses – 1.50 EUR.
o Up to 175 pages. – EUR 1.57
o From page 175 – 2.27 EUR
o Bandaging the spiral – 0.75 EUR
