The content in Armenian is probably somewhere on that radio, but you have to look for it yourself – basically, the Ministry of Culture, led by the representative of “Progresīvo” Agnes Loginas, has given this answer after three weeks of deliberation after receiving Lato Lapsa’s request for information. Information request to the Ministry of Culture
Speaking at the meeting organized by the President of the Republic in Riga Palace on April 8, the current Minister of Culture Agnese Logina mentioned that, along with the conditions of the National Security Commission in the field of languages, content in the Armenian language in Latvian “public” media is at risk.
As a journalist, a member of the Latvian Journalists’ Union, preparing a media publication about the incompetence of the current Minister of Culture, I would like to receive the following information from your institution and substantive answers to the following questions:
1) does your institution, taking into account its sphere of competence and responsibility, have information about the content of Latvian “public” media in the Armenian language?
2) if yes, in which Latvian “public” media and what exactly is the content in Armenian?

The Ministry of Culture examined your submission regarding content in the Armenian language in Latvian public media. Broadcasts in Armenian are available in the program of Latvijas Radio 4 in linear broadcast format, as well as on the public media website https://lr4.lsm.lv/lv/lr4/.
