From May 1, 2024, the tower of Jelgava’s Holy Trinity Church, Jelgava’s Old Town House and the Farm of Life and Crafts will work after summer working hours.

Jelgava Sv. The Trinity Church Tower Observation Deck, Exhibition Hall and Regional Tourism Center located on the 1st floor will be open Tuesdays from 9am to 6pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 8pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 9am to 9pm, Sundays from 10am to 8 p.m. Historical expositions will be available to visitors from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Mondays, the Tower will be closed for in-person visits, but those interested in tourism issues are invited to contact us by phone 63005547, 25619266 or e-mail [email protected]

On May 4, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the Spring Fair will be held on Oškalna Street in Ārglii. Everyone will be able to buy what they need in the spring for the garden, house or themselves.

Starting from May, Jelgava’s Old Town House will welcome visitors from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed on Mondays.

Starting from May, the Farm of Life and Crafts will be open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, on Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm.

It should be noted that on May 4, the Tower observation deck, exhibition hall and tourist information center will be available to visitors from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and exhibitions from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On May 6, the Tower observation deck, exhibition hall, expositions, as well as the tourist information center will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Jelgava’s Old Town House will be open on May 4 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on May 6 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Farm of Life and Crafts will be closed on May 6, but on May 4, visitors are invited to the Farm of Crafts from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. On May 4, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., everyone is invited to the Farm of Life and Crafts, where they can celebrate together the Independence Day of the Republic of Latvia. Event attendees will be treated to campfire soup at a large communal table in the courtyard of the craft farm. Visitors are invited to come in national costume or with some patriotic element of costume to conjure up a Latvian holiday mood together, as well as to bring a treat for a common table. Participation in the event is free.
