Charity game in Tukum: Skeletonists and bobsledders with sticks, strongman

The organizers, as always, took care of a varied composition. Among the participants were the skeleton great Martins Dukurs, the hockey masters Aleksandrs Nizivijs and Mārtiņš Karsums, as well as the strongman Dainis Zāgeris in the role of goalkeeper. Bobsledder Emils Tsipulis joined Nizivi and Dukurs in one attacking trio.

The team of hockey friends, which was also represented by Latvian Television’s “Sporta studija”, immediately agreed on the bench to donate 10 euros for every goal scored. On the other hand, every puck scored added 20 euros to Rodrigo’s family account.

The joy of the game was expressed not only in the scored goals, but also in the players encouraging each other and actively discussing the events on the bench.
