The Zemgale Planning Region (ZPR) is looking for an assistant project manager, the municipal pre-school educational institution “Ķpari” is hiring a deputy manager in administrative and economic work, and the National Archives of Latvia in Jelgava offers a job for a senior expert, the municipality informs.

The main duties of the ZPR project manager assistant will be to participate in the implementation of several projects in accordance with the program guidelines, project application and budget. The salary for this position is set from 1,590 euros, but the actual workplace is planned at Katoļu Street 2b, on the 2nd floor. It should be noted that the vacancy is offered for a certain period until the end of the respective projects in 2026/2027. Offering a salary of 1,361 euros, the municipal pre-school educational institution “Ķipari” is hiring a deputy manager in administrative and economic work. The duties of this vacancy will include planning, organizing, ensuring and controlling the high-quality economic activity of the institution to ensure the educational process in the institution. To apply for a vacancy, interested parties are invited to submit application documents – motivation letter, CV, confirmation that the applicant is not subject to the restrictions set by the Law on the Protection of Children’s Rights to work in an educational institution, copies of documents certifying education in one copy, as well as a copy of the national language proficiency certificate for applicants who speak Latvian not a native speaker. The National Archives of Latvia, on the other hand, offers a job for a senior expert in the regional archive of Zemgale at Pulkveža Brieža street 24. In this position, the main duties will be to advise on document and archive management issues, monitor compliance with document and archive management procedures in institutions, prepare draft decisions on issues of document and archive management of institutions, as well as perform other duties mentioned in the advertised vacancy description. The monthly salary is set between 1140 and 1200 euros, taking into account professional experience.
