LHF thanks both players for the work done. Both Andersons and Punnenovs were in the bronze team of the Latvian national team in 2023.

The LHF statement indicates that tomorrow Kristers Gudļevska is expected to join the training camp for national team candidates in Latvia. Gudlevsky became the vice-champion of the German league a few days ago.

Also, LHF announced that the composition of the national team for the world championship in the Czech Republic will be named on May 6 at a specially announced press conference, which will be attended by national team coach Harijs Vītoliņš, general manager Rūdolfs Kalvītis and national team captain Kaspars Daugavins.
