In the video published by the Ministry, the virtual representative of the institution describes her role and functions, noting that such people will be informed of news related to the work of consuls in protecting the rights and interests of Ukrainian citizens abroad.
The ministry has decided to experiment with artificial intelligence technology to reduce time and resources for facilitating processes during wartime.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, explained that with the creation of such an artificial intelligence tool, real Ukrainian diplomats will be able to be more efficient in the future and focus on other tasks of providing assistance to their citizens.
