It is planned to turn off the heating for most houses within two days, namely on May 2 and 3.

Interrupt the heating season RNP starts when the warm weather has stabilized. This means that for at least three days in a row the air temperature has exceeded +12 degrees on the Celsius scale, and it has not been lower than +7 degrees even for a moment. It is also important that the weather forecast for the next three days is the same or warmer, and no long-term precipitation is expected.

On the other hand, before the end of the heating season, smart technologies regulate the heating in the changing spring weather. As the representative of RNP explains, every house managed by RNP has an automatic heating unit – when the air in the field warms up above +12 degrees, the heating switches off automatically. When the temperature drops, the heating comes back on.

If the residents want a different heating shutdown date, the apartment owners must make a joint decision or elect an authorized person and inform the RNP.

The community of apartment owners can also decide to set the heating system on standby during the warm months of the year. Then, for example, if in the spring, already after the end of the heating season, the air temperature drops below +5 degrees for a long time, the heating system will automatically turn on.

RNP reminds that after the end of the heating season, the time to replace radiators and towel dryers begins, and these works must first be coordinated with the manager so as not to accidentally harm the common heating system of the house. The owner of the apartment may be fined for changing non-coordinated radiators, and if their capacity is unsuitable for the house, the newly installed radiators may be ordered to be replaced again.
