SIA “Geo Consultants” informs that the strategic environmental impact assessment for the environmental review (hereinafter – SIVN) and the planning document “Latgale regional waste management plan 2024-2030″ has been initiated. for the year” (hereinafter – the Plan).
The plan is a medium-term development planning document at the regional level and it concerns the waste management industry in the Latgale waste management region, which includes the following municipalities: Daugavpils and Rēzekne State City Municipality, Aizkraukle, Augšdaugava, Jēkabpils, Krāslavas, Līvāna, Ludza, Preiļu, Rēzekne, Varakļana and Municipality of Madona.
The plan and SIVN public consultation meeting will be held on April 22, 2024 at 16:00 in the meeting hall of the Upper Daugava region, 2nd floor, Rīgas street 2, Daugavpils, LV 5401, at the same time, those interested will also be able to participate online. The access link for the online video conference will be published on the websites www.geoconsultants.lv and www.lpr.gov.lv on April 19, 2024.
