The portal tv3.lv does not take responsibility for the truth of the information posted by the user and the opinion expressed by the user, including for the violation of a person’s honor and dignity, as well as for the violation of the intellectual property rights of third parties, which occurred as a result of posting information content on the “Complaint Board” platform.

If the editorial staff of the tv3.lv portal detects the placement of the above-mentioned information on the “Complaints Board” content platform, it has the right to delete this information, as well as deny the user access to the tv3.lv portal without prior warning.

Apart from the above-mentioned cases, the portal reserves the right to delete or correct the posted materials in the section “Complaint Board” without prior warning and explanation.
