Nedaudz čakarīgs ir tas īsais moments starp Valdemāra ielu un Brasas tiltu, bet var izlīdzēties ar ietvēm. Tās ir gana platas, lai cieņpilni pārvietotos, neizbesījot gājējus.

“Amizanti,” nodomāja K. Āls, vairākas reizes pie luksoforiem novērojot vienus un tos pašus velosipēdistus, kuri krustojumus konsekventi šķērso pie sarkanās gaismas. “Kāpēc es un vēl viens elektroskūtera braucējs pie sarkanajām gaismām stāv, bet jūs abi – ne? Droši vien sagadīšanās.”
