On March 11, she received a call from the first unknown number from another country, followed by a call from another unknown number.

The interlocutor said that she was a “police lieutenant” and began to ask about the loan applications that were allegedly submitted by Nevmyanova.

The girl had not taken any loans or applied for them. Then the “police lieutenant” offered her cooperation, saying that she wants to punish criminals among bank employees, but they need to issue new loans

Then an “employee of the Central Bank” called her, called himself Yevgenia Barinov, and sent her “documents on the initiation of a criminal case.”

Nevmyanova went to take out loans in various Moscow banks. “Sberbank” gave her a loan for 250 thousand rubles. “Sovcombank” and “Alfa Bank” and “Pochta Bank” she received a total of 250 thousand rubles. Other banks refused to grant her a loan.

Nevmyanova transferred all this money using the details given to her by “Central Bank employee” and “FSB employee”.

On March 15, the first day of the “elections”, Nevmyanova received a call from a new number. This time – an “FSB officer”, supposedly the boss of the previous caller, and began to convince the girl to pour the brilliant green solution into her ballot box.

“This employee told me about his subordinate’s work and asked if I was planning to participate in the elections.
