Scandal in the Russian army – Russian soldiers accidentally shoot their own

The Russian army has been rocked by a scandal – a video has appeared on the Internet that confirms that Russian soldiers shot their fellow soldiers by mistake, dialog.ua reports.

A video has appeared on the Internet showing Russian military personnel claiming that they destroyed the traitors of the RDK or Russian Volunteer Corps.

It turned out that the soldiers of the Russian armed forces accidentally shot their fellow soldiers near Ocheretino, believing that they had eliminated the “traitors of the RDK” fighting on the side of Ukraine. Russian soldiers themselves published video footage, claiming that they had destroyed the enemy. A whole group of dead soldiers is visible. The dead were in NATO uniforms and had Russian passports with them.

However, two days later the truth was revealed – the dead turned out to be Russian soldiers. One of them was identified through documents included in the video.

A scandal broke out, and Russian soldiers began to prepare a new version, claiming that perhaps those killed died in a heroic battle with the Ukrainian armed forces.

This is not the first time that Russian soldiers mistakenly kill their own colleagues – there was already information about how an artillery formation confused the coordinates of the target and destroyed their own positions.
