Coca-Cola has agreed to invest $1.1 billion in the Microsoft Cloud platform, which will provide artificial intelligence and cloud solutions. It is reported that the two companies will jointly experiment with Azure OpenAI Service and other technologies “to develop innovative generative AI solutions for various business segments of Coca-Cola. As part of the collaboration, the Microsoft Copilot AI assistant will also be tested to evaluate its contribution to improving productivity.

As for Azure OpenAI Service specifically, Coca-Cola is exploring the experience of using AI-powered digital assistants. With its help, the company wants to improve performance indicators related to customer experience, streamlining operations and efficiency.

It should be noted that “Coca-Cola” is no stranger to innovation and cooperation with technology companies. For example, in February of last year, a limited number of Coca-Cola phones were released in collaboration with Realme.
