National Hockey League (NHL) Florida Panthers head coach Paul Morris has revealed that the team will start the second round of the Stanley Cup against the Boston Bruins with the same line-up that ended the duel against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

The Panthers swept the Eastern Conference first round last week with a 4-1 win over the Lightning to extend their streak to four. In all five matches, the Latvian defender remained outside the application of the Florida team Uvis Balinskisdespite playing in four regular season games for the Panthers.

The next night at At 3:00 Latvian time, the “Panthers” will start the second round of the “play-off” against the “Bruins”, and Balinski will have to watch at least the beginning of this series from the sidelines. As revealed by “Panthers” captain Moris, then, compared to the fifth game of the series against “Lightning”, no changes will be made to the lineup, which in turn means that the place in the application will not be available to the Latvian again.

This season, Balinskis scored one goal, two assists and a neutral efficiency in 26 NHL games, but in 37 matches in the American Hockey League (AHL) he had 21 (3+18) points and a positive efficiency coefficient of +4.

“Panthers” are currently in an almost optimal composition. The only significant absence is center fielder Sam Bennett, who suffered an upper-body injury in the second game of the series against Tampa Bay. He is expected to return to the lineup in the coming matches.
