DECISIONS OF THE 28TH SESSION OF THE LHF DISCIPLINARY COMMISSION

This week, the twenty-eighth session of the Disciplinary Commission of the Latvian Hockey Federation (LHF) of this season was held, where 4 issues were considered.

1. About the April 14 U11 group game no. 55 between the teams “Jelgavas LSS” and “Ice Academy”, in which the start of the game was delayed by 22 minutes.

1.1. Based on point 21 of LHF DSN and 7.6 of LBJČH regulations. point, issue a warning to “Ice Academy” about the inadmissibility of the violation

2. Regarding the April 13 U17 group game no. 9 between the teams “Prizma 07” and “Liepājas SSS”, in which the parents of the players of the home team interfered with the work of the secretary.

2.1. Based on paragraph 26 of the LHF DSN, issue a warning to the “Prizma 07” club about the inadmissibility of the violation.

3. Regarding the April 13 U17 group game no. 9 between the teams “Liepājas SSS” and “Prizma 07”, in which player no. 11 D. Žuravlovs as a member of the “Prizma 07” team received a 5+20 minute penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct, as well as the parents of the visiting team’s players behaving aggressively and showing disrespect to the referees

3.1. On the basis of points 9 and 24 of the LHF DSN, apply a 3-game disqualification to D. Žuravlovs.

3.2. Based on paragraph 26 of the LHF DSN, issue a warning to the “Prizma 07” club about the inadmissibility of the violation.

4. About LBJČH U12 and U14 group games, in which “BHC37” club player Z. Pravda participated illegally as part of “HS Falcons” team.

4.2. Based on LHF DSN 15.2. point, apply a 5-game suspension to “HS Falcons” head coach V. Mamonov.

4.3. Based on LHF DSN 15.3. point, taking into account multiple and intentional cases of violations, impose a 1000 EUR fine on the “HS Falcons” club.
