The 27-year-old Tralmaks joined the national team after the rematches held in the Czech Republic for remaining in the extra league, which Kladno “Rytīrži” represented by him and Latvian goalkeeper Marek Mitena also successfully did.

Tralmak accumulated 32 efficiency points (21+11) and a negative efficiency coefficient of -20 in 52 games in the last extraleague season.

In four matches of the relegation tournament, Tralmak scored five points (3+2) and also accumulated a positive efficiency coefficient of +4.

The Latvian hockey team continues its preparations for the world championship with two test matches away from home against the Swiss national team. These games will take place on April 26 and 27.

The Latvian national team will conclude the cycle of test matches on May 3 and 4 with two matches on their own ice against the Norwegian national team.

The Latvian national team will go to the world championship in the Czech Republic on May 9.

The 2024 championship will take place in Prague and Ostrava from May 10 to 26.
