In connection with track repair and infrastructure improvement works, which will be organized from May 13 to June 5 this year on the Riga-Daugavpils railway line, changes are being made to train journeys on the Riga-Aizkraukle section. We inform passengers that several flights on regional bus route no. 6135 Aizkraukles AO–Aizkraukles station will be adjusted for train journeys arriving at the station only from May 16.
For a short time, from May 13 to 15 this year, on regional route no. 6135 Aizkraukles AO–Aizkraukles station for some bus services, the arrival and departure times at the station will be significantly different from the arrival and departure times of train services. From Thursday, May 16, all regional bus services on the mentioned route will be adapted to train services (up to 10 minutes to allow passengers to transfer).
For the attention of passengers, bus and train journeys that have not been scheduled from May 13 to 15, as well as alternatives to previous bus journeys in order to catch train journeys:
From May 13 to 15, we invite you to choose alternative bus routes or other options for getting to and from the station, if there is no possibility to stay longer at the station.
Regional public transport services on the mentioned bus routes are provided by AS “Liepājas busu parks”.
