The spring tour of conversation evenings with humor and musical elements “Krauze pret Krauzi” has come to an end on May 8 in Riga, VEF Culture Palace. Brothers – TV faces Valters and Arnis Krauzes together with theater personality Ojaras Rubenis visited various places in Latvia in March, April and May, delighting the audience with conversations, humor, secret guests and musical surprises.
In a fun atmosphere, 12 events were held in almost every region of Latvia. In addition, each night was different with stories and secret guests related to the specific neighborhood. Public figures such as actors Raimonds Celms, Ainars Ančevskis and Marija Bērziņa, cook Lauris Aleksejevs, popular singers Normunds Rutulis, Ance Krauze, Mārtiņš Kanters, Kārlis Būmeisters, Uģis Roze, Andris Ārglis, Ieva Akuratere, as well as composers have played the roles of secret guests. – Raimonds Tiguls and maestro Raimonds Pauls.
In 2024, the brothers Valter and Arnis Krauze will turn 100 together, and this is worth celebrating, write the organizers of the event. In addition, each of them has already spent 25 years on television screens in different forms and channels – Arnis in the news service, Valters more in the role of a humorist. Both have a serious background, so they have a lot to say and share. With events, people met, curiosities and other experiences.
The tour “Krauze vs. Krauzi” will continue in the fall – on October 18 in Jūrmala, in the Small Hall of the Dzintari Concert Hall, on October 22 in Ventspils at the “Jūras vārti” theater, on October 25 in the Rose Hall of the Olympic Center in Liepāja, on October 30 in Jelgava Culture House, on November 8 in Vidzemes in the “Cēsis” concert hall, ending on November 30 in Riga, in the “Splendid Palace” cinema.
