Changes in traffic organization during Plant Days – ZZ.lv

On the weekend of May 11 and 12, Latvian Plant Days will be held in Hercoga Jēkab Square, in the square behind Jelgava Culture House and Krišjāņas Barona Street. Residents should take into account that from Friday, May 10, at 10 a.m., traffic restrictions will be introduced in the vicinity of Herzog Jēkab Square, the municipality informs.

From May 10 at 10 a.m. to May 12 at 5 p.m., it is prohibited to enter the cross street (except for merchants) from the intersection of K.Barona Street to Herzoga Jēkab Square, and it is prohibited to stop and park vehicles on the section of K.Barona Street from Uzvaras Street to Pasta Street.

But from May 11 at 6 a.m. to May 12 at 5 p.m., it is forbidden to enter (except for merchants) the section of K.Barona Street from Uzvaras Street to Pasta Street.

Visitors to the event will have access to a parking lot on Pilssalas street 1 and parking spaces on the sides of the streets elsewhere in the city.
