How much money will it take and how much will this measure cost the country, who will pay for it? Such a question was asked by a viewer in the TV24 program “On the Line”.

“There is no direct cost here. Also with regard to human resources, which basically move from one ministry to another. It’s hard for me to say right away where these costs can arise, but in general, the agreement is that the section will move, as it is – both in terms of premises and locations, and also where these services will be located – yes, I don’t see any high costs,” says Inga Bērziņa, Minister of Environmental Protection and Regional Development (JV) to the program.

There won’t be big costs or there won’t be any costs at all. Bērziņa can’t say what they might be. “It’s hard for me to immediately imagine what, I don’t know, – maybe for employees, when moving from one building to another,” Bērziņa admits that all this will include in the current ones in budgets.
