It’s common for the USA national team not to consider the world championships as the first priority tournaments, but this year will be really special. At the moment, 15 hockey players are known who have agreed to play in the Czech Republic, and it must be concluded that it can already be said that this national team model will be the most powerful that has been seen in recent years.
As the portal “nbcsports.com” writes, it is possible that it is related to the preparation for the 2026 Olympic Games. The numbers speak for themselves – among these 15 players, 11 have been drafted in the first round of the NHL draft and have played more than 5,000 games in the world’s strongest league.
