In the “Red Sun Buffet” cafe, thematic events and concerts will be held during the weekend

On Friday, April 26, from 7 p.m., “Red Sun Buffet” is hosting a themed Mexican mood evening, where appropriate food and drinks adapted to Mexican culture will be available. This evening there will also be a concert by Mārtiņš Balož, which will start at 8 p.m. Mārtiņš works in the Latvian rock group “The Bad Habits”. The artist’s song repertoire consists of world-famous song covers in original performance – from Creedance and Johnny Cash to Katy Perry. The artist has already performed several times at the beach cafe. “With the new season in Red Sun Buffet, the audience will surely expect a lot of new songs – also composed by himself, as well as a new guitar that sounds great and a voice that has not been lost over the years. I never wait for inspiration for new things – I go and do it, because I always remind myself that I love what I do. But when I perform, I draw inspiration and energy from the audience every time, so everyone is very welcome,” says Mārtiņš about the upcoming concert.

On Saturday, April 27, the cafe will host a themed Ukrainian food evening from 7 p.m., and an hour later, at 8 p.m., visitors will be able to listen to a concert by musician Normund Karpich. This time, the listeners will be greeted by previously unheard versions of various popular world hits, in the sound created by the artist himself. During the last year, Normund has been served as an inspiration in music and also in his professional life by the idea of ​​his authentic sound, music that is closer to himself both in contemporary performers and also in legendary recordings. The artist not only performs at events and festivals, but is also a guitar teacher.

Entry to the events is free. Visitors are welcome every day from 10 am to 10 pm. The cafe also has a children’s corner with various attractions and games, so that families can enjoy a leisurely holiday breakfast and beach views.
