This was concluded by “Agency” journalists after studying the Kremlin master’s work schedule.

In the last two weeks, Putin has not gone on any outings. By contrast, before the election, the Kremlin reported 100 events attended by the dictator. Between February 17 and March 17, Putin attended 31 events outside the Kremlin or his residences. Only in the last week before the elections, the dictator stayed in the Kremlin or at his residence in Novo-Ogaryov.

According to the analysis carried out by journalists, after the election, the number of outings decreased tenfold. Between March 17 and April 17, the Kremlin reported only 10 outings, one of which was a concert on the anniversary of the annexation of Crimea in Red Square.

During this entire period, Putin left the Moscow region only once – on March 27, he visited the city of Torzhok.

Putin has been participating in meetings remotely for the past two weeks. In addition, he has not visited the Russian territories affected by the extensive floods, where thousands of people have suffered. The press representative of the president, Dmitry Peskov, announced that the head of state will not go to the flood-affected regions.

Putin has already reduced his visits outside the Kremlin or his residences last year – last year he was seen in public for only 147 days, and “came to life” only before the elections.
