The first semi-final of the “Eurovision” song contest will take place already tonight. While the leader of the bookmakers in this selection round is Baby Lasagna, the representative of Croatia, however, the musician from Lithuania – Silvesters Belts – enjoys more sympathy from the public and the press, reports TV3.
Our Lithuanian neighbors have not won the Eurovision song contest so far, unlike Latvia and Estonia.
Musician Sylvester Belt, whose performance was accompanied by the biggest ovation, has become a clear favorite of the audience at the dress rehearsal of the first semi-final. After the dress rehearsal, the Lithuanian could not turn away from the attention of the press and fans.
“I am confident about my team and performance on the big Eurovision stage. A lot of work has been invested and it is a pleasure to be appreciated,” admits Sylvester Belt.
It should be reminded that Latvia will not be able to vote and support Silvester in the first semi-final, Latvia will vote in the second semi-final – on May 9, when the representatives of Latvia and Estonia will perform.
