The documentary series will not only take viewers on a beautiful tour of scenic Alaska, but will also follow the stories of people who left their traditional way of life to face a new, challenging life in the Alaskan wilderness. Mostly, it is the young generation between the ages of 25 and 45, for whom this adventure partly also becomes a journey of self-discovery.

In the new season, we will get to know Caleb and Brittany Rowlands, a young couple who were born and raised in Alaska, but life in the big cities of Alaska was not for them, so they preferred a more remote place to raise their two children. But Chris and Jessie are the newest couple on the show, both born in Alaska and dating since high school. Although they prefer life in the wild, the two work 5-day salaried jobs to save money to buy a cabin even deeper in the Alaskan wilderness, where they would have to subsist on what they can hunt themselves.

We will also follow the lives of several hermits in Alaska. Alex is an Army veteran who moved to Alaska from Alabama. Having built his cabin with his own hands, he encountered unexpected difficulties, as a result of which he was forced to look for a new home and start all over again. Johnny, on the other hand, moved to Alaska from Indiana and lives in a small cabin without modern amenities. He spends his days hunting and fishing.
