Anita Intaite and “Hartas” Kalle present their first collaboration to the audience

The singer Ei Fe (real name Anita Intaite) and the leader of the heavy music group “Harta” Kalle (Kārlis Kalvišs) have joined forces to create their first collaboration – the single “Stop”.

The emergence of such a joint project is not at all unexpected, because Anita and Kalli share a love for rock music, however, the creation of the song “Stop” was completely unplanned – both musicians met at a “jam” session and after the first time they sang together, they realized that they had to create something special together. . This “something special” is a duet in a real and solid rock ballad, in which the two’s vocals complement each other perfectly.

“I have liked Karl’s group “Harta” for many years. One day, while driving with friends to the singer’s LP concert in Sigulda, we were listening to the band’s album, and my friend mentioned that our voices would match perfectly. This stuck in my mind and later I decided to invite Kalli for a jam session. I am happy that now this invitation has resulted in a new song,” says Ei Fe.

According to the musicians, the song “Stop” reflects both the strong feelings when you are in love and the fragility you are in when the other person reveals himself. The recording was produced by Jānis Narbuts from “White Wide”, who has also worked on such Ei Fes songs as “Neparadinātītā”, “Auksti” and “Paśīke”. It should be reminded that at the end of last year, Ei Fe released the album “Experience Yourself”.

“The song started from the musical intro I created when I met Anita for the first time and was inspired by that meeting. From this intro, from the spark that lit up at the beginning, we created the song “Stop” together,” sums up Kalle.
