In response to the viewer’s question, Normunds Adamovičs, command captain, National Guard staff officer, pointed out that the example of Ukraine shows that rocket fire takes place in large cities, causing more serious damage.
“We see that most of the rocket fire is on big cities, industrial facilities, military facilities, and the civil infrastructure suffers as a result.
