As part of their world tour and the presentation tour of their new album “Alleluja”, the popular Belarusian alternative rock group “Bi-2” will perform an ambitious concert on June 15 in Riga, “Wondersala”.
As the organizers of the event promise, the concert will include songs from the new album as well as hits from previous years “Molitva”, “Skolzskije ulici”, “Moja āubovj”, “Varvara”, “Moi rok-n-roll”, “Serebro”, “Polkovniku”. nikto ne pišet” and other compositions.
Tickets for the concert are available in the “Biļešu Servisa” network and their prices vary from 25 to 2000 euros. A ticket in the fan zone can be purchased for 69 euros, a VIP ticket for 129 euros. For a VIP table for six people, you will have to part with 1,000 to 2,000 euros.
Bi-2’s new album “Hallelujah”, which is the basis of the tour’s title, became a bridge between two worlds – the era of the pandemic and the turning point of all humanity in 2022, when Russia’s full-scale war in Ukraine began. “The album contains ten songs, in which, together with the feeling of sadness and fear of the unknown, it is impossible not to take over the desire of the musicians to remain faithful to their ideals. Love. Respect. Freedom… It keeps everything afloat in a troubled world that is on the brink of disaster…” say the organizers.
“We will live with you, we will not break” – this is the line from the last track of the “Alleluia” album called “Ličnoje prostranstvo”, which is full of love and bright hope.
“Bi-2” are among those artists who have publicly condemned both Vladimir Putin’s regime and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and were forced into exile for this reason.
