Unusual job advertisement! Offers money for watching movies

--

The US financial consulting website “FinanceBuzz” has posted a job advertisement. They are looking for a person who has never seen a single Star Wars movie to offer to watch them all and earn $1,000 for it, UPI reports.

“FinanceBuzz” writes on its website that “Star Wars” day will be celebrated very soon, when Latvia celebrates the day of restoration of independence.

May 4 is celebrated around the world as “Star Wars” day.

Finance Buzz wants to find someone who has never seen any of the nine Star Wars movies to watch and rate them.

The selected candidate will have to watch each part of the movie in chronological order.

The company promises to pay $1,000 for watching and rating all movies, and another $100 will be allocated to cover the cost of streaming the movies.

The company decided to announce such a vacancy in honor of the fact that the first part of the film was released 25 years ago. The company stated in the ad that its employees are big fans of “Star Wars” and are therefore not objective, and they want to find out the opinion of an “independent expert” whether these movies are really as good as they think.

Unfortunately, Latvian residents cannot apply for this well-paid vacancy, because not only a person who knows nothing about “Star Wars” can apply for it, but they also have to live in the United States and be 18 years old.
