This season, Members can access their Membership card on The Kia Oval App, besides using a physical copy of the card. To access the digital version, Members simply need to log on to the app, and they will be able to find their digital card in your Ticket Wallet.

Members will be required to scan their Membership QR code – either via their physical card or digitally through The Kia Oval App – upon entry and exit to all Members’ areas, including the Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion. This will be implemented across all Surrey home fixtures to ensure that the Members are offered the very best experience.

Members are advised to log on to the App on the matchday, before arriving at the gate, to avoid queuing on the day, and to keep their Membership card with them during their visit to fixtures at The Kia Oval.

If a Member has not yet received their card or is unable to access their Membership on the App, please email us at [email protected] ahead of your visit to The Kia Oval.

Members can bring guests by either collecting a Guest Voucher from the Ticket Office (located at the Pavilion End of the ground, next to the Club Shop) or by securing a Guest Voucher(s) online. A guide to doing this can be found here.

To download your Members’ Guest Vouchers, please follow the instructions below:

  • Log-in to your Surrey Ticketing Account here
  • Click ‘Order History’ in the navigation on the right of the page
  • Click on ‘See Details’ next to the tickets that you would like to download
  • Click Print next to the ticket that you would like to download. You can then enter your friends/families name (or leave this as your own name) and click ‘Save and Continue’
  • Your Guest Voucher will then download

Please note that you do not need to print your tickets. Your tickets can be scanned from your mobile device.

Every match day in the Vitality County Championship, Members are invited to visit the David Stewart Library, located in the 175 Suite, in the Galadari Stand.

The library is open for members to use and borrow books, and is run on an honesty ledger. The books that are available to borrow will be in the open cases, and if you wish to borrow a book we kindly ask that you provide your name, Membership number and the title of the book in the ledger provided.

The library book cases will open on the morning of the match and will close 30 minutes after the end of play.
