The most overrated player in the league has been determined in the latest anonymous poll of NBA players

In this survey, 142 league players were surveyed, but not all answered all the questions.

In fact, only 81 players voted for the most overrated player, with Gobert taking first place (13.6%), followed by Washington Wizards guard Jordan Poole (8.6%) and Atlanta Hawks point guard Trey Yang (7.4% of the vote).

Let us remind you that last season Young was recognized as the most overrated player in the NBA.

Although Gobert received the majority of the votes, he is one of the most important components of the Timberwolves’ victory this season. He is averaging over 34 minutes per game, scoring 14 points and grabbing nearly 13 rebounds.

At age 31, Gobert has yet to win an NBA ring, overshadowing his illustrious career that has seen him named three-time Defensive Player of the Year, three-time All-Star and 2019 French Player of the Year.

In this season’s anonymous survey, other questions were also clarified:

• The best defender – Victor Vembanyama (San Antonio Spurs)
• Most underrated players – Derrick White (Boston Celtics) and Jaylen Williams (Oklahoma City Thunder)
• MVP – Nikola Jokic (Denver Nuggets)
• The best of all time – Michael Jordan
• With whom I would most like to fight – James Johnson (Indiana Pacers)
• The coach you would most like to play for – Erik Spoelstra (Miami “Heat”)
• The coach you would least like to play for – Tom Thibodeau (New York Knicks)
