Latvian basketball player Digna Strautmane will continue to play in the Polish Premier League club Wroclaw “Sleza” next season, the club reports.

It has already been reported that the basketball player will spend the spring and summer in the Ringwood “Hawks” club of Australia’s second strongest league (NBL1), opening the championship on Wednesday with a victory over the Kilsyth “Cobras” (83:55). The 25-year-old Strautmane scored five points and collected seven rebounds and four assists.

“Strautmane has signed a new contract with “Sleza”. The favorite of Wroclaw fans will also play in the capital of Lower Silesia in the 2024/2025 season,” the club says. This season, Strautmane averaged 8.2 points per game for Wroclaw “Sleza” in the Polish championship, as well as 5.3 rebounds, two assists, 1.4 steals and one blocked shot.
